Starting amidst the peaks of the mighty La Sal Mountains at 11,350' (3,500M) and descending 28 miles (45k) and over 8,000' (2,500M), The Whole Enchilada is a mountain bike trail like no other on the planet. The trail winds its way over four ecologically diverse climates through high alpine forests over creek crossings, prairie lands and finally into the classic red rock desert of Moab, Utah. Riders are tested to their physical and mental limits along the Enchilada's diverse and technical terrain and witness stunning panoramas along the way. It's as iconic as it is mythical to riders from around the globe who set out to conquer it.
