In the show, all conflict derives from logical fallacies, and is resolved through the adventurous dissection of those fallacies.

As mysterious as he is knowledgeable. From his personal references he seems to have lived a very interesting life. He should be everyone's favorite teacher. But while he is full of good ideas, the students usually find him inefficacious. He doesn’t wield a lot of power at the school, and is usually reduced to shrugs when faced with Principal Untwerd’s antics.
